This is an old-style 8105 Points box for the MSD PM 12 and PM 20.
The price is incredibly low because it cannot be converted to an 8106 or be repaired. It works terrific right now but if it ever burns out, it’s done. This box could have 10 or 10,000 laps left in it. Nobody knows. But a new replacement 8106 box is $999, so this would make a terrific affordable spare for your trailer. Comes with a new 2-pin kill harness to easily wire up your kill switch.
