Directions: Step 1 Wear gloves and read instructions carefully. Step 2 Bleach your hair by applying the Powder Lightener and Crème Developer mixture. Step 3 Rinse after the desired amount of time to bleach. Step 4 Color your hair by applying Kiss Express Color Semi-Permanent. Step 5 Rinse after the desired amount of time to color.
