Fits 1939-1950 Ford Tractor Models:
9N, 2N, 8N (up to SN 263843)
All models listed with front mount distributor 9N12100
Specifications
- Fits tractors with 12 volt negative ground system only
- For tractors with generator/alternator mounted on the RIGHT side as sitting in the seat
- Must use graphite style spark plug wires. DO NOT use stainless steel or copper wires. For graphite spark plug wires, please see: JJS12725
- Also purchase JJS11598 12 volt coil if the tractor has been converted to 12 volt
- Replaces the points and condenser with an electronic module
- For tractors with FRONT mount distributor (distributor is mounted DIRECTLY under the fan blade/water pump) It has a square coil that mounts directly on the distributor and coil has 1 terminal on the top and a spring out the bottom
